Job Description:

Are you an ambitious professional with experience in customer service? Are you enthusiastic about contributing to customer satisfaction at a leading international company? If the answer is yes, we want you as Client Support Agent!

Job Responsibility:

Providing exceptional customer service and collecting required information from inbound customer calls
resolving and taking ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
ensuring continued customer loyalty by providing timely and accurate information
providing alternatives aiming to facilitate their needs
building customer loyalty

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service position at a call center
excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
literacy in computer skills

Nice to have:

experience in similar customer support roles
