Job Description:

This role will be responsible for fulfilling a hybrid schedule, 2 days in office and 3 days from home. You will play a key role in handling both inbound and outbound calls, resolving service issues and responding to ticket requests for system issues.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email correspondence
Accurately respond to customer requests, such as setting up new users and terming access for users who no longer work for the organization
Provide status updates to newly referred customers
Assist with customer onboarding, including support for new clients
Respond promptly to password reset tickets and other support requests
Identify trends in call and ticket data to improve customer support strategies
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
Proven ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Experience in a call center environment, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
Prior experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
Experience in managing and resolving support tickets, demonstrating problem-solving skills
