Job Description:

A Clinical Negligence Paralegal/Litigation Executive is needed to join a top law firm's Medical Negligence team to handle cases in clinical negligence related to birth injuries, orthopaedic injury, misdiagnosis, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Manage clinical negligence claims
work on cases related to birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injury, misdiagnosis/delay in cancer, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, neonatel and obstetrics & gynaecology

Requirements:

Experience in clinical negligence preferred
personal injury experience considered
hardworking
interest in medical negligence field

Nice to have:

Previous experience in personal injury
interest in legal work related to medical negligence
