The role involves driving Baxter Hillrom Rental Therapy product sales, collaborating with internal sales and service partners, ensuring post-sales customer satisfaction and improving return on investment, and traveling to manage assigned territories. The individual will lead negotiations, develop sales strategies, and work closely with healthcare customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
Conduct negotiations with customers to finalize sales and achieve product revenue goals by ensuring new product success
Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to seamlessly serve shared accounts
Coordinate customer sales support activities across assigned accounts by leading customer business reviews and collecting evidence-based outcomes data associated with the assigned portfolio
Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and improve perceived return on investment
Accurately forecast accounts, including close dates, order volume, and delivery timeframe
Travel as required to lead assigned territory and to attend regional/national meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 4+ years of validated experience selling products in the healthcare field
RN and/or wound care sales experience highly preferred
Hospital sales experience which includes handling staff, leading budgets, and communicating innovative ideas to executive-level healthcare customers
Expected day travel up to 50% and overnight travel up to 4 to 5 times per month
Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile.
