Job Description:

The selected candidate will play a vital role in our organization by overseeing the company’s tech-stack and cloud-related strategies, and ensuring all systems are optimal and functioning effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and enhancing cloud infrastructure to be highly redundant and secure
Managing the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems, including servers, operating systems, networks, databases, and software applications
Monitoring system performance, coordinating planned maintenance, and responding to system outages
Collaborating with development teams to integrate Cloudflare solutions into web applications
Configuring and maintaining Cloudflare settings for optimal website performance and security
Collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and implementing IT solutions that align with the company’s goals and objectives
Staying current with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
Assessing and resolving incidents or problem tickets for a variety of technical solutions and equipment
Configuring and deploying IPS/IDS-enabled firewalls, ASA firewalls, routers/switches, virtual & physical servers, and other equipment within the company infrastructure
Enforcing company security policies and procedures, and performing periodic security compliance auditing, assessments, and reviews

Requirements:

Proven experience working in the Wholesale Distribution industry
Demonstrable expertise as a Cloud System Administrator
Proficient in Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon EC2
Skilled in using Ansible for automation and configuration management
Experience with Atlassian Jira for project and issue tracking
Knowledge of Auto Scaling to maintain application availability and performance
Proficient in API Development, able to design, build, and manage APIs
Skilled in automation techniques and tools, able to automate repetitive tasks
Familiarity with AWS Technologies and their application in business environments
Experience with Backup Technologies to ensure data protection and recovery
Ability to perform Cluster Analysis to examine data and identify patterns or groupings
