Job Description:

This role involves overseeing our Cloud Systems Engineering team, ensuring efficient delivery of various services including Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps pipeline, and database management, among others.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and enhance the performance of the Cloud Systems Engineering team
Lead the provision of Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps pipeline, database, and IaaS/PaaS cloud services
Oversee all aspects of Change, Configuration, Incident, Problem, Cost, Availability, and Capacity Management processes
Champion innovative and value-adding projects
Operate a data-driven department
Establish and nurture relationships with key technology stakeholders
Ensure compliance with security and operating policies
Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement
Serve as an effective escalation point for support and assistance in ticket resolution

Requirements:

Extensive experience in IT consulting
Proficiency in Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon EC2
Familiarity with Ansible and Atlassian Jira
Knowledge of Auto Scaling and API Development
Demonstrated experience with automation and AWS Technologies
Understanding of Backup Technologies
Expertise in Cluster Analysis
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Relevant industry certifications would be advantageous
