The Cluster Sales Executive will handle guest interactions, process reservations, and support sales and marketing efforts. The role involves promoting brand loyalty, resolving guest issues, and performing general office duties. The candidate will work in a team-oriented environment and must adhere to company standards and policies.
Job Responsibility:
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image
Process Marriott Rewards points and reservations
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties
Assist in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor performance of others
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
