Job Description:

The company is a hydraulics service and maintenance specialist, focusing on producing and repairing hydraulic cylinders. It operates a well-equipped workshop and handles various machining tasks, including turning, milling, welding, and assembly. The company is seeking CNC millers for vertical and horizontal milling machines (Haas and DMG MORI). The role includes programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines using G and M codes via panel programming or CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360 or Esprit). The position involves working with materials such as steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel, while ensuring high precision (tolerances of 0.01 mm). The position offers a permanent assignment, with an initial temporary training period.

Job Responsibility:

Programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines
Managing tools and maintaining CNC machines
Reading technical drawings and performing precise measurements
Producing small series and single parts with high precision
Conducting quality control using calipers and micrometers

Requirements:

Proficiency in CNC programming (G and M codes) on Haas or Siemens controllers
Experience with CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360 or Esprit)
Ability to read technical drawings and manage tools
Skilled in working with steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel
Experience in quality control using precision measuring instruments
Familiarity with tolerances of 0.01 mm
