Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner for a specialized company with expertise in hydraulics. The organization serves as a trusted partner for renowned brands, providing hydraulic components and offering services such as maintenance, repair, and production of hydraulic systems. Equipped with advanced workshop facilities, the company manages diverse machining projects, including the repair of hydraulic cylinders up to 30 tons.

Job Responsibility:

Program and operate Haas CNC lathes for manufacturing and repairs
Ensure precision tolerances of up to 0.01 mm in all operations
Produce components based on technical drawings or physical models
Maintain CNC equipment and manage tools effectively
Conduct quality control checks using precision instruments to verify finished components

Requirements:

Proven experience programming and operating CNC lathes, particularly Haas machines
Strong understanding of G and M codes
Familiarity with materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and bronze
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with precision measuring tools, including micrometers
Basic mechanical maintenance skills
