As a Coach in Sales Development at T-Mobile, you'll lead a dynamic team of 7-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your role is crucial in driving sales activities, ensuring pipeline growth, and aligning team efforts with our sales goals. You'll manage daily operations, set performance standards, and optimize sales strategies while providing training and mentorship.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a team of 7-10 SDRs
Drive growth by delivering on outbound and/or inbound growth initiative goals
Participate in the recruitment process
Evaluate, coach, and train team members
Collaborate across departments to enhance sales outreach performance
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
2 - 5 Years Supervisory Experience (Required)
2 - 5 Years Telesales/Customer Service/Sales Supervisory Experience (Preferred)
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships
Superb leadership, coaching, employee relations, and interpersonal skills
Skilled in confidently delivering presentations
Proficient in leading and managing change initiatives
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
