Job Description:

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working with people? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s Credit & Collections team. In this role, you’ll connect with customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding payments, build strong relationships, and keep things running smoothly. If you love working with people and putting your problem-solving skills to good use, this could be a great fit for you!

Job Responsibility:

Monitor Customer Payment Trends
Resolving late payments
Ensure customer has scheduled timely payments
Document all collection efforts thoroughly and follow up consistently until the issue is fully resolved
Reach out via phone and email to engage with customers and address overdue balances effectively
Collaborate Across Team
Assist with additional tasks or projects as needed to support the team and company goal

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field
Proficiency in using CRM software is required
Must have knowledge of Collection Processes
Experience with B2B collections is preferred
Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary
