Job Description:

As a Collections Specialist, your primary role will be to manage and resolve customer inquiries, maintain customer credit records with precision, and accurately process customer credit applications. You'll also be responsible for tracking customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer inquiries efficiently
Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications
Maintain precise customer credit records
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions
Administer claims as part of the role
Manage collection processes effectively
Perform billing functions as required
Respond to inbound calls professionally and courteously
Utilize Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software for various tasks
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with Accurint
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
Proficiency in Epic Software
Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
Proficiency in Billing Functions
Familiarity with Claim Administration processes
Understanding of Collection Processes
