Job Description:

We are looking for a personable and motivated Collections Specialist to join a team in the Healthcare industry located in downtown Toronto.

Job Responsibility:

Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to collect outstanding payments
Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices and take appropriate action
Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships
Research and resolve billing disputes in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of collections efforts and update account statuses in the system
Work closely with internal teams (AR, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless account resolution
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding collections

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of B2B Collections experience
Experience with major ERP systems including MS Dynamics, SAP is a great asset
Excellent communication skills is required
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

Nice to have:

Experience with major ERP systems including MS Dynamics, SAP
