Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Carlsbad, California. As a Collections Specialist, you will be primarily focused on sales order entry, handling collections issues, and interacting with customers. You will also be tasked with ensuring that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer service. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible for various benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Handle sales order entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Address and resolve collections issues as they arise
Maintain consistent interaction with customers to ensure a high level of customer service
Utilize NetSuite and basic Excel for daily tasks and customer management
Keep track of and follow up with customers regarding collections
Review expense reports and ensure receipt availability
Act as a gatekeeper for sales orders, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and efficiently
Handle B2B collection emails and internal emails
Deal with a large volume of sales orders and manage the accounts of big customers

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and effectively
Proven ability in claim administration
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with collection processes
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software

Nice to have:

Experience with NetSuite
Familiarity with financial software
Advanced knowledge of Excel
