Job Description:

Join our team as a Collection Specialist! We are seeking a Collection Specialist to support our international client in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are eager to leverage your language skills in a global setting, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Job Responsibility:

incoming / outgoing calls - proactively chase for payments through phone calls
documenting and change the status of accounts, handle referrals, and transfer funds on accounts
chasing for remit for payments received and provide copy documents
initiating write-off requests following approval policy
query identification and escalation
supporting clearing cash accounts by transferring funds as needed
credit notes
refund overpayments

producing reports as required and provide collection-related

Requirements:

experience in a similar position or in customer service
very good knowledge of Dutch and English (min. B2/C1)
knowledge of SAP
very good communication and cooperation skills
detail-oriented and self-motivated
proficient in analyzing financial data
good organizational and time management skills
knowledge of Microsoft Office
strong customer orientation
