As a Commercial Account Executive, you will drive U.S.-based new business in the commercial segment through outbound prospecting, sales cycle management, forecast accuracy, negotiating, and closing. Responsibilities include owning your book of business, aligning strategically with BDRs, improving sales processes, providing leadership, and meeting or exceeding goals.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a primary point of contact and the face of Checkr for our Commercial champions and economic buyers within your book of business
full ownership of your book of business, capturing buying criteria, buying process, next steps, key stakeholders, while projecting bookings consistently and accurately
contribute to team root cause analyses on wins/losses
expected to communicate lessons learned to peers and cross functional teams proactively
strategic alignment with BDR to execute end to end outbound selling motion
adhere to and help improve Commercial sales process
provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process
be the voice of the customer, contributing product and process improvements
consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements:
2-3 years of B2B SaaS or consumption based tech sales experience
demonstrable consistent track record of above target performance
exceeding expectations and holding yourself accountable to a higher standard of excellence
consistent, predictable, and repeatable sales process
quick learner excited about challenging new projects
smart, self-motivated, organized, detail and process oriented
planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team
clear and direct communicator
