The Commercial Account Executive role focuses on managing a territory within EMEA, targeting Mid-Market accounts, hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipelines, and driving growth while striving to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, engaging with the industry, and demonstrating solution-driven selling techniques.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow designated geographical region or country within EMEA
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and inbound leads
Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password
Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and developments
Build strong relationships with internal teams
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of client challenges and position tailored solutions
Present to executives and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Mid Market accounts or top performance in SMB
Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
Outstanding sales skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management
Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling
Proficient skills in business acumen, negotiation, relationship building, communication and presentation skills to C-Suite
Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferable proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Outreach
