Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Advisor to join our clients Renewals team. This is an exciting, fast paced wholesale role and a great opportunity for an experienced person to broaden their knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Provide timely responses to intermediary inquiries
Communicate policy coverage, terms and conditions, and claims protocols to intermediaries
Address mid-term policy queries and issue endorsements
Provide instructions and relay any issues to insurance providers or the broking department
Foster and enhance relationships by delivering exceptional service, technical knowledge, and expertise
Ensure accuracy in data input into systems
Adhere to regulations and procedures set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Requirements:

Previous experience in the London Market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems
Previous exposure to MRCs would be advantageous

Nice to have:

Previous exposure to MRCs
