Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Handler specialising in Professional Indemnity to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, HR, and talent management, and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to their clients.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with clients to understand their professional indemnity insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective policy management
Take ownership of operations, HR, and talent management tasks to support the team and contribute to organizational success
Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the client experience and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in professional indemnity insurance or a related field

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
