Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a brokerage who are willing to train and support you within development of sales and marketing strategies. Our client will consider candidates from a personal lines background who want to move into commercial insurance.

Job Responsibility:

Administer a portfolio of client insurance plans in a professional and ethical manner following agreed procedures
Be the client’s first point of contact for cover queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issue and many other tasks and projects
Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets
Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts

Requirements:

Computer literate
Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market
Good product and technical knowledge
Ability to work in a team/team player
Excellent communication time management negotiation presentation and relationship building skills
Self-motivated and resilient
Account campaign management skills
CII qualification preferred but not essential

CII qualification
