Job Responsibility:
Maintaining and building a book of business
Identify new leads via research, the existing client base, referrals and networking events
Developing productive business relationships with key stakeholders
Run your own marketing campaigns
Ensure customers are put first and make sure their experience reflects their longstanding reputation for outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in a direct to customer, face to face commercial insurance within the SME market
Energetic and enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious
Exceptional planning and organisational skills
Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence
Possess good IT skills to use Word documents and specific Mutual systems
Sales and customer service skills
Educated to A-level with 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent)
Driving licence to visit clients at their business premises
