Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join their Commercial and Residential Property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload encompassing both commercial and residential property matters within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing expert legal advice to landlords, tenants, property developers, and investors
Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations
Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documentation
Conducting thorough property due diligence

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in commercial and residential property law
Proven experience handling a diverse caseload, including property transactions, leases, and landlord-tenant matters
Strong knowledge of property law, industry trends, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients
Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently

Nice to have:

Experience working in a firm with CQS accreditation
Familiarity with Infotrack
Experience handling high-value property transactions or complex landlord-tenant disputes
Knowledge of planning, development, or property finance
