We are seeking two motivated and organised Commercial Claims Handlers to join an established insurance brokerage in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial broker claims including commercial property, high net worth, liability, motor fleet, and professional indemnity claims.
Job Responsibility:
Review and investigate commercial claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Communicate with clients, brokers, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information for claims processing
Oversee the entire claims handling process, from initial reporting to final settlement or denial
Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders involved in the claims process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective claims management
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commercial claims handling
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial claims handling
Familiarity with various claims management systems and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Detail-oriented and organized approach to claim documentation and processing
