Job Description:

This role will partner with a collegial in-house legal team and focus on Commercial Contracts. This position is fully remote and requires being licensed to practice law in the United States.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts
Identify and mitigate contract risks
Provide legal counsel on domestic and international data privacy regulations
Collaborate closely with business teams

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant legal field
Have substantial experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts
Show expertise in data privacy and commercial agreements
Possession of a valid license to practice law

Nice to have:

Working in the video game publishing, entertainment, and consumer goods space
