The Commercial Head role involves responsibilities in developing and managing commercial systems, pricing tools, resolving contractual issues, handling client accounts, mentoring a team, as well as managing sales and purchase commercial functions within a manufacturing environment. SAP exposure and knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, and contract terms are essential requirements.
Job Responsibility:
To develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures that will meet the needs of the organization
To provide commercial input for all new business opportunities
To manage documentation and records to support all transactions and operations
To understand and resolve contractual and commercial problems
To mentor and lead the commercial team including all major accounts
Ensuring SoP’s are prepared and implemented in Purchase functions
Timely vendor reconciliation activities
Verification of Commercial Recommendation and General Terms & Conditions
Coordination for reconciliation of all payables
Ensuring SoP’s are prepared and implemented in Sales functions
Coordination for deemed export incentives
Vendor reconciliation and clearing accordingly
Customer accounts reconciliation activities.
Requirements:
CA / ICWA
Minimum 15-25 years of experience in medium / large manufacturing company with SAP exposure
Accounts Receivable and project management experience.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAP
Understanding of Contract Terms in Purchase and Sales Commercials
