Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibility:

Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda for complex business disputes
Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters
Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation cases
Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel

Requirements:

J.D. and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
3-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong client service skills and business acumen
