Our client, a well-established law firm based in Buffalo, NY, is seeking to expand its business and commercial litigation practice by hiring a lateral attorney with 10+ years of commercial litigation experience or acquiring a small law firm or practice group with a strong book of business.

Job Responsibility:

Expand business and commercial litigation practice
handle business litigation cases including shareholder disputes, business divorces, contract disputes, and UCC-related matters

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial litigation experience
extensive experience in business litigation, including shareholder disputes, business divorces, contract disputes, and UCC-related matters
