Job Description:

Are you a Commercial Plumber looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work in a renowned company which offers up skill and training? Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Plumber to join their team covering the Central Belt. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance.

Job Responsibility:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or damaged pipes
Diagnose plumbing problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs or installations
Follow safety procedures and comply with plumbing codes and regulations
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a commercial setting
Proficiency in installing and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
