Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Property Manager with an active Arizona Real Estate License to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The role requires expertise in property operations, financial management, tenant relations, and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Rent Collection & Property Fees: Collect rent payments and other fees from commercial tenants and individual property owners
  • Property Expenses Management: Oversee and manage property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, insurance premiums, payroll, and maintenance costs
  • Financial Reporting: Provide detailed, periodic reports to property owners on the financial status of properties
  • Tenant Screening & Leasing: Conduct property tours, meet with potential tenants, and assess tenant applications
  • Lease Administration: Negotiate, renew, and manage commercial leases
  • Property Inspections & Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of commercial properties
  • Service Contracts Management: Negotiate and arrange contracts for ongoing services such as janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, security
  • Tenant Relations & Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve tenant complaints, issues, and rental violations
  • Property Marketing: Oversee the advertising and marketing of available commercial spaces
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lease agreements, property management software, and budgeting
  • Familiarity with Arizona commercial real estate laws and regulations
  • Experience in rent collection, financial reporting, and managing operating expenses
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and address tenant concerns professionally
  • Strong understanding of commercial property maintenance and vendor management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing Class A, Class B, or Class C commercial properties
  • Knowledge of property marketing, advertising strategies, and digital platforms
  • Experience with tenant improvements and space planning
