Job Description:

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Commercial Property Division, manage vendor relationships, conduct property tours, address tenant inquiries, and utilize AppFolio and Excel for administrative tasks. The role involves forecasting expenditures, managing budgets, handling reports, and overseeing construction and capital improvement projects.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations of the Commercial Property Division
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Conduct property tours and inspections regularly
Address tenant and company owner inquiries about structure issues, rent, and lease signing updates
Utilize AppFolio and Excel for administrative tasks and data management
Forecast expenditures and manage budgets effectively
Handle report generation and maintenance of the repair ticket system
Manage change requests and maintain effective communication channels within the team
Oversee construction and capital improvement projects
Ensure accurate accounting and billing functions are maintained through appropriate software systems

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial Property Administrator role or similar
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with AppFolio
Familiarity with Management Systems
Demonstrated ability to handle Accounting Functions
Proven experience in Billing Functions
Knowledge and understanding of Budget Processes
Proficiency in AppFolio software
Experience in Forecasting
Experience in Maintenance Management
Ability to handle Change Request Management
Strong skills in Communications Management
Experience in Construction Management
Proven ability in Vendor Management
Experience in Capital Improvement projects

Nice to have:
