Job Description:

This is a superb opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has trained and gained experience at a city or regional firm ideally, where you are used to handling and servicing high-net-worth clients. The firm have a very good reputation for Commercial Property work and you will not be disappointed by the level of work available.

Job Responsibility:

handling and servicing high-net-worth clients
building long standing client relationships
increasing profile through business development, networking and marketing

Requirements:

NQ-5 years PQE
trained and gained experience at a city or regional firm
knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, freehold sale and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, pension property work and general commercial property work
commercially focused and pragmatic
ability to work as part of a team
deliver excellent client service
