Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor (5+PQE) to head up a well-established law firm in Farnham due to growth. The role includes handling all forms of Property matters, supervising a small team, and managing various real estate responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Handle all forms of Property matters including instruction to post-completion
Manage real estate matters from landlord & tenant work, development, real estate finance, and sales and acquisitions
Supervise a small team

Requirements:

At least 5PQE
Experience handling commercial property matters
Supervisory experience managing a team
Experience training/mentoring others

Nice to have:
