Job Description:

A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad and complex caseload, collaborating with a diverse client base while playing a key role in the team’s ongoing success.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a high-volume caseload of commercial property transactions
Working closely with supervisors to ensure efficient workload distribution
Delivering exceptional client care, maintaining and strengthening client relationships
Providing support and guidance to colleagues, contributing to team success
Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, delivering clear and practical advice
Upholding the firm’s values, ensuring the highest professional standards

Requirements:

At least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law, handling a range of real estate transactions
Confidence in independently managing a caseload with appropriate oversight
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all legal matters
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, fostering long-term partnerships
Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems
A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to expand professional connections
A motivated, team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to collaboration
