Job Description:

A well-established and highly regarded firm in Bedfordshire is seeking a talented solicitor to join their team. Reporting to the Supervising Partner, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters.

Job Responsibility:

manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
acquisitions and disposals
business leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
lease extensions
Right to Buy / Right to Acquire

Requirements:

2+ years’ PQE in commercial property
strong client care skills and ability to provide expert legal advice
proven ability to manage your own caseload
strong business development skills and fee generation experience
excellent drafting, communication, and IT skills
ability to work to deadlines and comply with SRA regulations
