Job Responsibility:

deliver high-quality legal advice on commercial property transactions
handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
support and contribute to the growth of the commercial property department

Requirements:

2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial property law
demonstrated ability to handle complex commercial property files independently
proven track record in providing expert advice on commercial property matters
effective communication and negotiation skills
strong business development acumen

Nice to have:

additional accreditations in commercial property law
membership of a recognized legal professional body
