Job Description:

Opening for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a law firm's commercial real estate department. Responsibilities include handling real estate transactions, negotiating legal contracts, providing counsel on real estate compliance, and managing due diligence processes.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, risk management, zoning and title review
Handle negotiations with developers, investors, lenders, and other parties representing our clients
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for commercial real estate transactions, including loan documents and lease agreements
Offer legal advice on financing structures such as secured lending, joint ventures, and equity investments in collaboration with other attorneys
Conduct comprehensive due diligence and manage title and survey reviews for real estate transactions
Facilitate the structuring and closing of real estate and financing transactions
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient deal completion

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active Texas State Bar membership in good standing
3-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions
Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial lending, and financial structuring
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
