Job Description:

The Commercial Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing the IKEA Restaurant sales areas, guest areas, dish washing facility and IKEA Cafés. The role involves ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, efficient operations, and financial performance while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure our guests are always in focus and strive to make them smile
Meet and serve our guests showing empathy and care
Have a daily dialogue with our guests to get continuous feedback about their experiences
Contribute actively in the development and implementation of a clear IKEA Food action plan for store
Implement the range matrix in co-operation with the Kitchen Production Manager
Strengthen the IKEA Food & Beverages Concept
Ensure efficient operations of the IKEA Restaurant
Follow up on the quality and food safety regulations
Responsible for the efficient cost management and financial performance of the Restaurant section

Requirements:

Have a solid background in high volume fast-food service management
strong passion in retail and food service industry
customer focused
analytical
good interpersonal skills
fluent in English
good knowledge of PC skills
cost-conscious
proven leadership abilities
ability to organize, plan and prioritize
takes responsibility
can delegate when necessary
communicates well with others
