Job Description:

Join our team to provide comprehensive support to account holders, monitor vehicle sales processes, and ensure a positive client experience. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive support to account holders
proactively identify enhancement opportunities
run and analyze reports for trends and compliance
monitor vehicle sales processes
develop positive relationships with clients
examine vehicles within the sales lineup
serve as a liaison between clients and auction departments
collaborate with Accounts Receivable department
demonstrate effective prioritization skills

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field
OR any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
OR 5 years’ experience in a related field

Nice to have:

ASE certifications
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
multitasking skills
commitment to excellent customer service
