Job Description:

Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients as a Commission Manager. As a Commissions Manager, you will take a leading role in managing and processing all commissions for the company. The Commission Manager will oversee all compensation-related tasks. The role is 100% remote but requires someone living in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and process commission statements in a timely and accurate manner
Handle compensation and bonus programs
Utilize communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Maintain and monitor customer accounts, ensuring all details are accurate
Supervision and mentoring experience required
Use your knowledge of Commissions Accounting to ensure all financial aspects are handled correctly
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and processes related to commissions and compensation
Proven experience in managing bonus programs effectively

Requirements:

Must have Xactly Software experience
Must live in the EST
Supervision and mentoring experience required
Deep knowledge and understanding of compensation structures, specifically related to commissions
Solid background in commissions accounting, with the ability to reconcile and resolve any discrepancies
Proven experience in managing bonus programs effectively
Demonstrated proficiency in handling commissions, including calculation, distribution, and monitoring
Experience in preparing clear and accurate commission statements for sales teams
