Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Communication Specialist, Assoc based in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is pivotal in our team, helping to carry projects from conception through to successful completion. You will play an integral part in developing and executing communication plans to support business objectives, understanding client needs and developing communication solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in developing and executing communication plans and initiatives that align with business objectives
Play a key role in communication planning and the development of key messages
Utilize research and analytics to inform planning and messaging strategies
Ensure all tasks are carried out following established processes and procedures
Maintain a strong commitment to customer service, remaining adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of internal clients
Demonstrate strong writing, verbal, editing and presentation skills in all communications
Utilize metrics to track performance and progress of initiatives
Show a strong dedication to maintaining great relationships with clients and co-workers
Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Conduct market research and analytics as necessary to inform strategies
Balance multiple tasks and maintain high performance under pressure

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Proven experience in Marketing strategies and implementation
Strong capability in Planning and coordinating projects
Knowledge of Procedures and protocol in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Analytics and data interpretation
Strong Research skills and ability to gather information effectively
Understanding of Planning Processes and project management
Ability to give impactful Presentations to various stakeholders
Familiarity with 'About Time' project management software
Experience in Onboarding new team members
Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks and reporting
Proven record of driving Progress and achieving goals
Experience in Public Relations and corporate communications
Proficiency in Metric Reporting and data visualization
Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Experience in Staffing and workforce management
Ability to build productive relationships with Suppliers
Experience in creating and managing Advertisements
Understanding of Commision Functions in a sales environment
Willingness to work Onsite as needed
Proficiency in Market Research and consumer analysis
Ability to manage an Expense Account responsibly
Understanding of Business Process Functions and operational management
Excellent Editing skills for various content types
