Job Description:

Randstad is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to join a Community Mental Health team based in Yorkshire. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health assessments, individualized care plans, and evidence-based interventions to individuals with complex needs. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community-based support is a critical component of the position.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate tailored care plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions to service users with diverse and complex mental health needs
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Provide comprehensive home visits and community-based support, emphasizing person-centered care
Maintain precise and accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Band 6 qualification is mandatory
Proven experience in community mental health settings
Current and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is required
Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential
Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and crisis intervention techniques
Exceptional communication and collaborative teamwork skills are required
