Job Description:

Randstad has exciting opportunities in mental health services for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse. The role involves working with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, providing care coordination in the North Community Mental Health Team located in Tameside. Job Responsibility:

Join the Community Mental Health Team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust
Work within mental health services in Greater Manchester
Coordinate care plans for patients

Requirements:

Mental Health Nursing degree
Valid NMC pin
Minimum 3 years NHS experience within the past 3 years preferably within the NHS
Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
Enhanced DBS
