Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a CPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
Provide individual, family, and group therapy
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
Advocate for the well-being of your patients

Requirements:

Valid NMC pin
Nursing degree
Min. 6 months Experience working in the community
Specific experience with addictions and substance misuse essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for mental health and a commitment to patient-centered care
