Job Description:

A midsized law firm in Seattle is seeking a Complex Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The paralegal would support a partner on plaintiff side toxic tort litigation, taking the case from inception through trial.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
experience requesting, reviewing and summarizing medical records
ability to draft motions and discovery documents, and support trial prep
paralegal certification program completion preferred but not required
calendar management and docketing for litigation
