Job Description:

Join the Compounding TPN team at Baxter as a Production Technician, manufacturing life-saving nutrition products in a cleanroom environment. No prior experience is necessary, and full training is provided.

Job Responsibility:

To manufacture life-saving products in accordance to approved Standard Operating Procedures
perform routine quality checks on the product
correctly record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents
perform and record all cleaning for the equipment and areas of work
notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality assurance of any deviations
take part in correcting mistakes under guidance of Team Leader and Quality department
perform all tasks requested by Team Leader

Requirements:

Strong work ethic

able to work flexibly
effective and respectful communication
analytical and meticulous problem-solving approach
excellent quality standards
fantastic attention to detail
ability to prioritize daily work schedule
adaptability to different tasks
English & Mathematics GCSE qualified or equivalent

Nice to have:

Experience in manufacturing
background in GMP
prior experience in relevant fields like hospitality, customer service, education, care, or retail
