Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is looking for a Concierge Service Assistant and become the face of our premier concierge services.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression
Assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about services, local attractions, and amenities
Coordinating and managing various requests, including reservations, transportation, and event planning
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and requests to ensure seamless service delivery
Collaborating with team members to ensure all client needs are met promptly and efficiently
Handling customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a focus on resolution
Upholding the values and standards of our concierge service at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or concierge services
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
