Job Description:

The Concierge position at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club Autograph Collection involves responding to guest requests, providing information about the property and surrounding area, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest issues
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
