Job Responsibility:

Manage the Green Lake Deal Pricing support request for AMS Region
Work closely with Deal Desk, BU, and product owners to source the required approvals/information to successfully resolve the request
Take full ownership of all cases, review fallouts, and collaborate closely with IT and other teams to resolve issues quickly
Continuously identify opportunities for process simplification and improvements
Become an expert in the assigned activities and complete all requests without quality or audit issues
Demonstrate HPE values and behaviors at all times and foster strong team collaboration practices

Requirements:

Degree in any field related to Administration, Finance, or Engineering
Advanced English
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
Strong analytical skills
Good time management
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Proactive problem-solving approach

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
