Job Description:

A market-leading international construction law team is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their London office. The firm are regarded as a true global elite construction boutique, with offices in the Middle East, UK and North America. The role focuses on contracts and transactional matters.

Job Responsibility:

Advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation
Providing comprehensive project advice across a variety of sectors
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development
Handling complex international projects, with the possibility of global exposure

Requirements:

6+ Years PQE with strong contracts and procurement experience in construction
Experience advising clients in the construction industry, ideally with a background in private practice or in-house
Strong client relationships and the ability to develop new business
International project experience is preferred but not essential
A collaborative and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
