Job Description:

One of the worlds largest insurers is looking for a technical claims handler to join their team in Glasgow. This role would ideally suit you if you have commercial property or construction/plant claims experience.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately assess and evaluate ‘non-complex’ construction claims
Handle claims from end to end within limit of £50,000
Handle calls in an efficient and professional manner
Updating systems accurately
Keeping abreast of industry changes and regulations
Building strong broker and client relationships

Requirements:

Previous experience in a technical/construction or commercial property Claims handling role
Experience in dealing with machinery, plant, construction or property claims is preferred, although not essential
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in dealing with machinery, plant, construction or property claims
